When Sean met up with James Parris, the centre manager he was given a full tour, and was not left disappointed. The building has a business lounge on the first floor and an impressive reception area which greets visitors and clients of the building.

The offices themselves are well appointed, with a choice of direct views over Regent Street or looking into Mayfair. They are well fitted out with modern furniture and telecoms and a tea point on each floor.

The meeting rooms are particularly well appointed with high ceilings and fantastic natural light.

The building currently has a few offices to let, and Sean believes that those companies working with Morgan Pryce looking for something a bit special in a central London will be well suited to 1 Heddon Street.
