Paddington is a very desired located with a lack of Grade A space, as the area is full of developments occupiers eagerly await the influx in availability and gentrification of the area which will follow. The most recent development in Paddington to be talked about is what they are calling ‘Shard in the West’ – a 65 storey building which will be developed in Paddington amongst 1 billion dollars’ worth of development being planned to transform Paddington to first class west end location.
