100% APC pass rate at Morgan Pryce

Morgan Pryce, a chartered surveying firm that specialises in advising tenants in central London on leasing office space, development projects, and purchase and sales, continues to hold its impressive 100% success rate for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Becoming chartered and a full member of the RICS involves passing the APC, for which you must be employed as a surveyor and have an RICS accredited degree. The APC is based on competencies – the key skills you need to do the job. These include personal skills (such as communication), business skills and specialist professional skills such as valuation, development appraisal, and leasing and letting. You will also need to know about subjects such as professional ethics and RICS rules. There are different competencies for the different disciplines and these are overseen by the various RICS faculties.

To aid candidates, mentors within their firm should assist with paperwork and deadlines whilst imparting their wisdom and expertise over the two years of training. 

Morgan Pryce continued to impress this year, as three employees – Oliver Salter, Teresa Beatty and Andrew Ingram – all successfully qualified as chartered surveyors.
