Empyrean Developments confirms plans for new £50 million mixed-use scheme

South London real estate developer Empyrean Developments has formed a joint venture with Polyteck Group – a well-known facilities management firm – to create a huge mixed-use scheme at Bernard Works and Norman Road in Tottenham.

The development will be comprised of 87 new homes, 12 live/work units, and 25,000 sq ft of commercial workspace – which has been pre-let on a long lease to The Mill Co Project, a celebrated social enterprise scheme.

In keeping with the community nature of the project, the site will consist of a series of brick and steel framed structures that will house a combination of established companies and temporary studio workshops while building takes place.

Work is scheduled to start in October 2018, with an October 2020 completion date

Polyteck Chairman John Polycarpou says; “We are delighted to be partnering with Empyrean Developments on this project. As a leading London business, we are experienced in helping develop dynamic and modern builds which enhance not only the immediate area but can have a positive impact on the community as a whole.”
