Apple finalise massive letting at Battersea Power Station in biggest deal in the West End for the last 20 years

US tech giant, Apple, have agreed an extremely exciting deal to take a staggering 500,000 sq ft over six floors at the newly renovated Battersea Power Station. The company will be based in the central Boiler House and is expected to complete the move to the iconic British landmark in 2021; making it the largest office letting in the West End for 20 years.

The development, which will deliver a total of c.800,000 sq ft office space, will be home to Apple’s London campus, with 1,400 staff making the move from the existing London offices to the new HQ.

Eugene O’Sullivan, Director at tenant acquisition specialists Morgan Pryce says: “The move shows the strength of the regeneration project in Battersea. Apple is a huge client to be taking over space in Battersea. The newly redeveloped Power Station will offer top-end office, retail and leisure space and will no doubt bring fabulous benefits to the local area.”
