Global commercial real estate giant CBRE has added another string to its bow with the launch of Hana, a new service offering flexible working environments that will enable the firm to tap the ever-growing flexible office market.
Hana will offer three services: Hana Team, Hana Meet and Hana Share, each providing different levels of flexible working for different types of customers. Hana Team is aimed at larger companies looking for private, customisable office space; Hana Meet will provide the opportunity to rent meeting and event space on an hourly, daily or weekly basis; and Hana Share will enable smaller companies and freelancers to rent shared desks and co-working spaces.
In a Tweet about the new venture, Amanda Clack, head of strategic advisory at CBRE, commented: “Flexibility in office space is a key commercial real estate demand now and for the future which is why we’ve designed Hana to give our clients what they need.”
Meanwhile, Bob Sulentic, president and CEO of CBRE, says: “The way space is being used is evolving rapidly. Companies want the flexibility to adjust their occupancy to meet changing business needs and a better workplace experience to attract and retain top talent. Hana is perfectly suited to meet these needs. Reflecting this, we have already generated significant interest from building owners who are looking for a trusted partner to help deliver flexible space offerings and have a robust deal pipeline.”
