In a slew of significant achievements for the Howard de Walden Estate, Incisive Health, Monarch Capital, Big Win Philanthropy and Reef Estates have signed 10-year leases at rents of £81 per sq ft to take up 11,000 sq ft across the first to fifth floors of the firm’s prestigious site at 51 Welbeck Street in Marylebone.
The company has also been granted planning permission by Westminster City Council to refurbish the space at 23 Queen Street and 35 Harley Street to create a new open plan headquarters. Work is set to commence early 2019 with a completion date of Q1 2021.
