Knight Frank has partnered with flexible office provider Work.Life to launch Yours — a new flexible workspace platform that will partner with landlords to offer a selection of office options to occupiers. The property advisor says the purpose of the new platform is to bridge the gap between co-working and leased space by providing solutions to businesses that have outgrown shared offices but aren’t ready to take on a traditional lease, whilst also offering landlords a premium return.
According to Helen Turner, appointed by Knight Frank as a partner to drive the growth of the new venture, “Yours is perfect for the increasing number of SMEs outgrowing the co-working model, and for more mature businesses looking for flexible solutions to complement their core, leased real estate. Work.Life is an award winning co-working business and together we offer a credible, cutting edge, customer-centric solution to help our landlord clients minimise void periods and maximise income.”
Meanwhile, Elliot Gold, co-founder of Work.Life, said: “We are extremely excited to be launching Yours in partnership with Knight Frank whose industry knowledge, experience and strength of client relationships is unrivalled…This partnership is an exciting opportunity to scale a high quality workspace experience for bigger businesses over the next couple of years – focused on delivering all the benefits of our co-working model with their own front door and brand identity.”
