The skyscraper known as the “cheese grater” (122 Leadenhall Street) will soon be home to the highest offices in Britain. This impressive architect delight sees views from 225m high! These views will look over the Gherkin, NatWest tower, and over the Thames and come with quick access as the elevator moves at a whizzing 18mph.
The Gherkin, another famous skyscraper in the London Skyline is currently on the market and the expected sale price is £600 – £650 million. Oliver Salter from Morgan Pryce was heard saying “I expect it will be an overseas buyer”, this observation is based on the marketing campaign in place which is targeting buyers all over the globe.
