Morgan Pryce is pleased to announce another successful office search, having recently found an ideal working space for a leading Marketing agency, in the West End of London.
The business gave us a clear brief; to find a bright, open plan, media style space, that would give them natural light, high ceilings and above all, an office with character that would fit their brand.
The search was carried out swiftly and we were able to find the perfect space after only two weeks of searching.
David Perrins, Managing Director of Morgan Pryce said: “We took the brief on the Monday morning and, after analysing the client’s brief, had the shortlist of buildings ready within two hours. From that point, it was a case of consulting with the client and continually organising viewings to ensure we were maintaining momentum and the client’s requirements had not changed.
“The interesting aspect of our work was the size of the space they required. We quickly realised that we could save them space (and therefore significant rent), by reducing the size of the offices we were searching for. Rather than focus on 1500sq ft offices, it became clear that we could find the perfect office for them below that threshold.
“I really think it’s a testament to our tenant only business model that we found an ideal office smaller than the original brief, rather than simply trying to fit them in to the largest office possible for the sake of a commission- and because we offer flat fees, regardless of the size of business, it means we are linking ideal offices with the right businesses.”
