Morgan Pryce has been asked by a firm of accountants based close to Euston Station to find new offices for their expanding business. The search was focused on finding an office to rent in the Baker Street area.
Midway through the search the firm opened up merger discussions with two other practices. One had been based in Marble Arch as a tenant of The Portman Estate and the other was located outside of central London.
Morgan Pryce was asked to conduct a feasibility study of available office buildings taking into account the historic location factors and finding a good value option.
The building which was identified was close to the junction of Edgware Road and Euston Road. The newly formed firm moved into their new office at 1 Bell Street a few weeks ago and are delighted with the fact it was largely fitted out and presented in good condition which limited the cost of their move.
