Urbanest has recently announced details of its latest development, on Vine Street in the City of London, which will be a mixed-used scheme consisting predominantly of student housing and office space. A unique aspect of the scheme will be the centre point of the exhibition space on the ground floor – part of the old London Wall.
The commercial office space will be made up of 75,000 sq ft, with an additional 10,000 sq ft of office space specifically for start-up companies.
Eugene O’Sullivan, Chartered Surveyor and Managing Director at Morgan Pryce, says; “This innovative idea of how to use a historic part of London in a new build scheme is a great way to both maintain the famous City of London charm, but also build up and create the additional square footage of office space which the London property market so desperately needs.”
The Roman wall exhibition will be made available for everyone to view and enjoy once the development is complete.
