Oxford Properties is a global real estate owner, investor, developer and property manager, estab-lished in 1960. It has offices in Canada, the USA and Europe, and interests in office, retail, industrial, residential and hotel properties. Notable assets include the Leadenhall Building in London and The Royal Bank Plaza in Ontario, Canada.
Oxford Properties’ Paternoster Square assets include St Martin’s Court in Covent Garden — currently occupied by CBRE — which they purchased in 2012 for £110 million, and King Edward Court — known for housing the London Stock Exchange — purchased for £235 million in 2013. The company also man-ages both assets, which they will continue to do in the joint venture with Madison International Realty.
Madison’s 50% stake in the Paternoster Square assets cost them approximately £200 million and they are a key feature within their portfolio.
