Prestigious British furniture company Timothy Oulton has taken up a 72,000 sq ft new space on the King’s Road in West London to be its global flagship store.
The firm has signed a deal with Bluebird Garage to use the new space in the beautifully renovated art deco building as a gallery to showcase the largest collection of designs in the company’s history.
The move marks a significant expansion for Timothy Oulton, who will be sharing the site with other eminent brands, such as Heal’s and Harrods, as well as world famous eatery, the Bluebird Café.
Commercial property manager at Sloane Stanley Hannah Grievson says: “Timothy Oulton is a powerful addition to the eclectic, vibrant array of brands offered on the King’s Road. The rich heritage of the estate and of Bluebird Garage, complements the brand’s traditional British collection. Bluebird is a bustling hub of entertainment and a destination that attracts a lot of visitors, providing a robust platform for an established brand such as Timothy Oulton to launch their flagship store in Chelsea.”
