Mayfair is the most prestigious area in Central London for major corporations and blue chip organisations looking for office space. Located in the centre of London, within walking distance of the West End, Mayfair is reached by five tube stations: Bond Street, Green Park, Hyde Park Corner, Oxford Circus and Piccadilly, serviced by the Bakerloo, Central, Jubilee, Piccadilly and Victoria lines. From 2018, the new Elizabeth line on the long-awaited Crossrail development will stop at Bond Street, and trains to Heathrow will take just 29 minutes. Mayfair is in Zone 1, and an annual travelcard costs £1,296.
