London’s Midtown is conveniently located between the impressive skyline of The City and the bright lights of The West End, and is the main hub of the country’s legal industry, with the Royal Courts of Justice and the Inns of Court sitting just to the north of Fleet Street. The area is also home to some of the country’s largest corporation headquarters, including Goldman Sachs, Sainsbury PLC, Towers & Perrins, The Food Standards Agency, the BBC and Reuters.

Midtown offers a great variety of office spaces, from large, premium headquarters, to smaller, self-contained suites. Rents are also slightly lower than those of the area’s more famous neighbours, and tenants can expect a saving of up to 20% or even 30%. This means that the area attracts lots of businesses who want to be located close to the facilities and services of central London and all the benefits they bring, but can’t quite afford the central London prices.

Because of its central location, public transport links in the Midtown area are excellent. Waterloo, Charing Cross, King’s Cross and Euston mainline stations provide excellent commuting access, while Tottenham Court Road, Holborn, Chancery Lane and Russell Square tube stations service the Central and Piccadilly lines. The new Crossrail developments at Tottenham Court Road and Farringdon stations will cement the area’s status as an accessible, desirable office location. All stations are in Zone 1 and an annual travelcard costs £1,168.
