Morgan Pryce is pleased to announce the successful completion of another London office search, moving a media consultancy from Hammersmith to Clerkenwell, in to a 2,300 sq ft office.

Some landlords appear to be struggling to let space and are starting to feel the pinch from the traditional slower summer months, but this hasn't affected certain Mayfair property owners, convincing a company to offer a rent ahead of  £100 per sq ft per annum exclusive.
