Looking for a heritage building for your office space? Morgan Pryce just completed on a great office space in the city in a beautiful heritage building including a manned reception, a roof garden, and a very impressive board room for client meetings. 

The space has a period facade which was ideal for our client as they were looking for something presentable for when they have customers visiting, along with wanting a classic building they also required fibre, which may surprise some that in this day in age is still not as common as you would think in London. 

After managing to secure the space for our client and negotiating the best deal possible with other parties interested we also assisted in organising a fit out company to come and with the IT requirements.
