Specialist fashion company Global Brands Group and sister brand Li & Fung have taken up 50,500 sq ft at the WestWorks building with plans to relocate their European headquarters from the Woolworth Building on Marylebone Road.
The two companies have taken the entire fifth floor and will move in later this year, joining fellow high-end fashion companies Yoox-Net-A-Porter and Ralph & Russo, as well as other prestigious tenants including ITV Studios and global pharmaceutical giant Novartis.
According to chief executive at Stanhope, David Camp, “They will be a great addition to the fantastic mix of tech, creative and fashion companies already based at White City Place and will help cement White City’s position as a leading global business district for world class companies.”
Meanwhile, managing director at Mitsui Fudosan, Eiichiro Onozawa, says “Global Brands Group and Li & Fung have chosen to make White City Place their new permanent home for their European headquarters, joining a host of world leading companies located in White City. The move highlights how White City has quickly become a destination of choice for ambitious innovative businesses seeking world class facilities, a prime location and renowned transport links.”
