Global fundraisers expand in serviced office

The district of Victoria is increasingly being seen as a popular office location due to the high level of development having taken place there over recent years, in particular, the increase in the number of smart high-rise office blocks. As Victoria has one the busiest stations in London – along with good underground services: District, Circle and Victoria lines – it is now an easily accessible part of London; hence offices in Victoria have become highly desirable. 

The fundraising firm Graham-Pelton Consulting, which operates internationally and has major offices throughout the USA and Europe, has chosen Victoria as the preferred location for its London office. The office is in Portland House on Bressenden Place, just across from the station itself. This provides both a central location within London as well as excellent accessibility for its staff and visitors.

The company has only recently encountered the need to expand, taking on a new team in order to organise a new project, fundraising with the University of Exeter. In buildings such as Portland House expansions are easy to accommodate as they have a serviced option, providing the necessary flexibility. 

Offices in Victoria continue to attract a variety of tenants and now rents are similar to those found in large areas of the West End, with top rents around £52.50 per square foot.
