Morgan Pryce has just completed a deal to acquire space on behalf of a long standing charity, establishing the new headquarters for the group.
Over the last nine months, the market has shifted in favour of tenants looking for office space, and incentives have moved out in core areas such as the City, Midtown and even the notoriously tight West End. On behalf of our client, Morgan Pryce acquired c.2,000 sq ft of prime Victoria office space at a rent of £48.50 per sq ft, with eight months rent-free split over a five-year term and a tenant only option to break at year three.
