Orchard Street Investment Management has completed a significant deal on a large new space located in London’s City Fringe on behalf of a pension fund client from DTZ Investors.
The trendy warehouse building underwent considerable refurbishment in 2017 and now boasts an impressive ground-floor showroom, roof terrace, and grade A office accommodation on the upper floors, all across 12,387 sq ft of space.
