In keeping with the current trend of science and tech companies moving into West London, UK biotech start-up Synthace has announced plans to expand business with a relocation to a larger office space in White City.
The location of the site is in the former BBC office, The Westworks, which has recently been part of a major redevelopment carried out by a prestigious market consortium in order to attract tech and science firms to the area.
The new headquarters will provide the company with 13,000 sq ft of space – a huge increase on the 2,600 sq ft of the current site in St Pancras – which will allow for significant expansion in coming months. The offices will initially be occupied by 40 employees, but this is set to double over the course of the next year.
